Summary: East West Logistix LLC ("ESTW," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages to current and prospective employees as part of our hiring and operational workflow. By providing your phone number to ESTW and consenting during the application or onboarding process, you agree to receive these messages. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
Who receives messages
ESTW sends SMS messages only to:

Job applicants who have submitted an application and provided express written consent to receive SMS communications about their application.

Current W-2 employees of ESTW who have signed an employment agreement containing an SMS consent clause.
We do not send marketing messages, promotional content, or solicitations. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Daily route assignments and dispatch notifications

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational need. Active employees may receive multiple messages per day. Applicants typically receive 1–5 messages during the hiring process.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. ESTW does not charge a fee for SMS communications, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
How to opt in
Consent is collected at two points:

During application: Applicants check a consent box on the ESTW employment application acknowledging that they agree to receive SMS communications from ESTW related to their application and employment.

At hire: New employees sign an employment agreement that contains an SMS consent clause authorizing ESTW to send work-related text messages.
How to opt out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message from ESTW.

Notifying ESTW Human Resources in writing.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from ESTW. To resubscribe, reply START or contact HR.
