To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESTW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or SMS communications.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

ESTW may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
