When you provide your phone number and consent to SMS communications, we use it to send messages described in our SMS Communications Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

• Amazon.com Services LLC, in our capacity as a Delivery Service Partner

• Background check vendors and drug screening providers

• Payroll, benefits, and HR software vendors (e.g., UZIO, Fountain)

• Communications providers (e.g., Twilio) to deliver SMS and email

• Federal, state, and local government agencies as required by law

• Insurance carriers in connection with workers' compensation claims

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain employee and applicant records for the period required by applicable law, including IRS, DOL, OSHA, and Nevada state recordkeeping requirements. Records of SMS consent are retained for the duration of employment plus seven years.

Your rights

You may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you

• Request corrections to inaccurate information

• Withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting HR

• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
